Ryder is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the asset team with data-driven insights. You will analyze fleet performance, assist in redeployment to maximize utilization, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and DTS teams to align asset strategies with business goals.

The role emphasizes leading analytics projects, promoting asset management practices, and delivering accurate reporting to improve customer experience and drive growth. Remote work with occasional HQ time is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Three (3) years or more in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management: redeploy assets to prevent No Longer Earning units.
• Coordinate cross-functional tracking and reporting of assets.
• Create exception reporting to support Asset Management initiatives.
• Lead special Asset Management projects and drive data-driven actions.
