Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and use basic math.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively across departments.
• Willing to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and blueprints or wiring diagrams.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools to assemble, wire and install components.
• Assemble and package parts to complete products.
• Quality check to ensure component quality.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Rotate between workstations to meet production needs.
• Respond to changes in production environment.
