Job summary

Dalton Ag is a premier fertilizer application equipment manufacturer. We are seeking an Assembler to assemble components per blueprints with hand and pneumatic tools, ensure quality, and maintain a clean work area in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow safety practices, read basic schematics, and communicate across teams to meet production needs. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred, with strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints and basic schematics.
• Must follow safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and work procedures per blueprints or wiring diagrams.
• Assemble, wire and install components using hand and pneumatic tools.
• Package parts and ensure assemblies meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adapt to different stations.
• Use basic math and communication across departments.
