Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Certification Lead to develop customer-focused certification content and manage workshop activities for HPE Networking. The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, lab engineers, and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive exams and learning paths.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of technical content experience, strong writing skills, and familiarity with AI-assisted content creation, exams, and lab environments in a fast-paced, technical setting.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience producing technical content.
BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related degree.
Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to scale content with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, staff, and participate in certification content development workshops.
Coordinate with SMEs and lab engineers on exam development and delivery.
Create and manage exam blueprints, item banks, and practice exams.
Ensure QA, updates, and governance align with current technologies and job roles.
