Job summary

DCM Inc. is a leading telemarketing firm supporting the Performing Arts. We are seeking energetic fundraisers and salespeople to join our Guthrie Capital Campaign team from a remote home setup.

The role requires fundraising/sales experience, comfort with scripts, and a passion for the arts. Training is paid, and shifts total 16 hours per week across CT time zones. Applicants must be located in NY, NJ, CT, MA, IL, or CA and have a working computer, headset, and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in Performing Arts highly preferred.
• No cold calling -- all leads are Guthrie patrons and/or current donors.
• Fully remote/WFH -- all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer.
• You must be computer savvy and are required to have: Desktop or laptop, High Speed Internet, Headset with microphone.
• You MUST be: Articulate and persuasive, follow a script, memorize it and sound authentic.
• Be available to attend paid training on Wednesday, 11/4 4:30-8:30 Central Standard Time.
• Be able to work 16 hours per week: M-Th 4:30-8:30p CT, Fri-Sat 10a-2p CT.
• New hires are expected to begin working shifts immediately after training.
• You MUST be working from one of the following states to be eligible: New York New Jersey Connecticut Massachusetts Illinois California.

Responsibilities

• Close SALES and RAISE MONEY for Guthrie patrons and campaigns.
• Receive feedback and coaching; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity.
• Support Guthrie Capital Campaign fundraising with remote outreach.
• Join a first-rate team dedicated to arts organizations and meaningful campaigns.
