Job summary

ECS Corporate Services seeks an ARPA-H Business Financial Manager (BFM) to support ARPA-H's mission remotely. You will work with Program Managers to develop and execute program budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage financial documents such as OTAs, grants, and contracts.

You will also monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with federal regulations while coordinating with contracting officers and legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year supporting a DARPA Technical Office in a BFM role.
• Minimum of 5 years in a federal government financial management role, preferably in an R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with development and execution of program budgets including forecasting and tracking expenditures.
• Prepare and manage financial documents such as OTAs, grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements.
• Track program milestones and ensure compliance with funding agreements.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics for PMs and leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for assigned programs.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Federal financial regulations and agency policies.
• Manage program contracts and awards, coordinating with contracting officers and legal counsel.
