Job summary

Sprintlaw in Arizona is building its first Arizona team to operate as an ABS once approved. We seek an Arizona-qualified lawyer with 2–4 years of corporate and commercial experience to join our remote team.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate matters, fundraising, technology agreements, privacy and employment. You’ll work with startups and small businesses, manage your own projects, and collaborate with the Compliance Attorney as needed.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona.
• Authorized to practice law in Arizona.
• Arizona-based and remote work allowed.
• 2–4 years of corporate and commercial experience.
• Experience with startups, IP, fundraising, privacy or employment favored.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Managing own projects and clients with support from Compliance Attorney.
• Handling broad corporate and commercial matters for startups.
• No litigation or disputes; transactional and advisory focus.
