Job summary

Orion Placement in Arizona is seeking an attorney/associate for a remote role with a substantive civil docket across personal injury, probate, and other matters. You will deliver client-focused service, strategic guidance, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Active Arizona Bar in good standing and at least 1 year of experience are required. You will work remotely within Arizona, collaborate with firm leadership, and have visibility and growth opportunities in a mission-driven firm.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• 1+ year of attorney/associate experience
• Civil litigation experience, including personal injury, probate, family law, contract law, or related matters, is a plus but not required
• Strong writing, communication, advocacy, and organizational skills are valued
• Client-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantive caseload involving a variety of civil legal matters
• Deliver excellent client service through strong communication, responsiveness, and strategic legal guidance
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, settlement materials, and other key legal documents
• Assist with case strategy, negotiations, hearings, and litigation-related responsibilities as needed
• Collaborate with firm leadership on case planning and the continued growth of the practice
