Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking an Area Vice President - Hospice for multiple locations across western Pennsylvania. This REMOTE role involves overseeing operations, financial performance and census growth while traveling up to 20%.

Candidates with Medicare hospice leadership experience or a related home health background will be considered; relocation is welcome. Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Multi-site hospice leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and COPs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Joint Venture / PE / Hospital system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations & financials for multiple area locations.
• Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Work with business development team to grow census.
