Job summary

Makeready is seeking an Area Revenue Analyst for branded hotels in a full-time remote-capable role based in Dallas, TX. The analyst will monitor revenue streams, analyze data and support pricing strategies to maximize profits.

The candidate should have experience in revenue analysis, data interpretation, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Prior Marriott-brand experience is preferred and strong organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with revenue analysis in hospitality or related industry.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Revenue team to understand inventory and pricing needs.
• Update CRS, PMS, OTA daily reflecting yield strategies.
• Extract/analyze data from internal systems and market data for actionable insights.
• Assist in rooms revenue forecasts, budgets and long-range planning.
• Support group sales in evaluating booking requests.
