Makeready is seeking an Area Revenue Analyst in Dallas to monitor revenue streams, analyze data, and craft strategies that maximize profits while upholding integrity. You will work with the Revenue team to optimize inventory, pricing, and forecasting, supporting room revenue goals and group bookings.

The role requires strong data analysis, attention to detail, and experience with revenue analytics in hotel environments. This position is full-time and based in Dallas, TX.

Competenze

• Prior experience with revenue analysis highly preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and business acumen.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Professional, personable and approachable personality.
• Proficient with Outlook Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Mansioni

• Work closely with the Revenue team to understand inventory and pricing needs.
• Review/update CRS, PMS, OTA daily in terms of room availability, rate structure and restrictions to reflect hotel yield strategies.
• Extract and analyze data from internal systems and market data to draw actionable conclusions.
• Analyze period ends to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to goals.
• Assist in rooms revenue forecasts, budgets and long-range planning.
• Assist group sales in evaluating group booking requests.
