Tireco Distributors seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead multi-site distribution operations with a focus on cost efficiency and growth. This role oversees logistics, inventory, and DC performance, coordinating with finance, HR, and IT to optimize KPIs.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, people development, and cross-functional leadership to drive profitability and exceptional execution across locations.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Management or related field.
• 5+ years leading a multiple-site operation.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-turn distribution operations.
• Worked with a diverse set of Team Members.
• Fleet management, routing, and maintenance.
• Implemented process flows.
• Skilled working in a matrix reporting structure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure cost effective operations and infrastructure to support all sales activities.
• Standardize operational process that creates and improves departmental structure.
• Develop sales growth objectives for each location with P&L focus toward profit.
• Budget management to exceed objectives and maximize profit potential.
• Inventory management to minimize loss and maximize revenue.
• Develop and maintain logistics processes for timely delivery.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the distribution centers.
• Review Team Member time management and workflow planning.
• Guarantee inventory accuracy to company standards.
• Reduce costs and lead times, increase inventory turns and order turnaround.
• Maintain assets and utilize facilities efficiently.
• Lead and train DC managers on operations processes and sales/product knowledge.
• Staff Distribution Centers with qualified individuals; ongoing training.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish a culture aligned with the company's mission and values.
• Recruit and hire distribution center management; minimize turnover.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT for coordination.
