Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience managing a luxury retail store.
• At least 2 years of experience managing multi-unit operations.
• Experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; proficient in MS Office.

• Lead teams through performance management to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop corporate sales goals and monitor performance by door.
• Collaborate with Store leadership to implement omnichannel strategy and events.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports for senior management.
