Baylor University is seeking a full-time, fully remote Clinical Assistant Professor in Architecture to teach in its inaugural Master of Architecture (M.Arch) program. The role focuses on designing and teaching graduate studios, with travel to Waco for in-person activities and program development duties.

Qualifications

• Terminal professional degree in Architecture (e.g., Master of Architecture or international equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to teach design studio and related courses in a professional degree program.
• Hold an active Christian or Jewish faith and will support Baylor’s mission within a faith-based community.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate architecture design studios and relevant lecture courses including site and programming, building systems, electives, and portfolio workshops.
• Support course development and program accreditation processes.
• Engage with student advising and admission processes within the M.Arch program.
