Jobot is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead retail projects from concept to completion in a remote-capable role. This full-time position requires strong PM skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and experience overseeing construction, quality control, and team coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate leadership and communication excellence.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural project management with retail projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Solid knowledge of construction management and project planning.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Professional license in Architecture or Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing all stages of the architectural project from planning to completion.
• Utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed designs and plans meeting standards.
• Overseeing the construction process and resolving issues.
• Implementing and maintaining strict quality control procedures.
• Leading and managing a team of architects and engineers.
• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
