Job summary

RIOS Architecture, Inc in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a growing, collaborative firm. You will support the Project Lead across schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, and create detailed drawings and 3D models in Revit.

This remote role requires residing in the Greater Tampa area for training and occasional meetings, with a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of architectural experience.
• Education in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a remote setting both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead with all aspects of project development, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit and other relevant software.
• Conduct research and analysis of building codes, regulations, and site conditions.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
