Job summary

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking an Architectural Drafter to produce buildable residential drawings from floor plans in Lancaster, PA. You will translate designs into precise AutoCAD drawings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree in CAD/Drafting or Architectural Design, plus 3–5 years of homebuilder experience and a strong eye for detail, organization, and communication.

Qualifications

• Holds an associate's or bachelor's degree in CAD, Drafting, Architectural Design, or a related field.
• Preferred 3–5 years Homebuilder experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential drafting and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Draft residential plans, elevations, and related drawings from approved floor plans.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and production teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
