Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as an architect of record, project architect, job captain, or design coordination lead.
• Active architectural license required, or eight years producing permit sets as a project architect or job captain.
• At least three years coordinating drawing sets in US model code jurisdictions; eight+ years preferred.
• Ability to mark up drawing sets using Bluebeam Revu or equivalent tool.

Responsibilities

• Review RFIs, drawing sets, details, and shop drawings.
• Identify cross-sheet conflicts and constructability issues.
• Produce RFI responses, coordination comments, and marked-up drawing sets.
• Perform drawing-set QC and design-change review.
• Work with addenda, as-built drawings, pre-bid scope and document control.
