Boomering is seeking an experienced Architect for Medical & Commercial Fit-Outs. The role focuses on space planning, interior design, and comprehensive construction documentation for medical centers, clinics, offices and retail spaces in collaboration with Australian project management teams.

Strong detailing and coordination are essential. The candidate should be licensed in the Philippines and proficient with ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with Australian fit-out documentation and interior design.
• Licensed architect in the Philippines or registration.
• Strong drafting and detailing skills.

Responsibilities

• Space planning and interior design across medical and commercial spaces.
• Drafting and construction documentation for all project stages.
• Joinery and detailed interior design for built-in elements.
• Finishes and material selection with schedule documentation.
• Coordination with consultants and project team for drawings and approvals.
