Job summary

EXP is seeking an Archaeologist (Remote) to join the Environmental team within the Oil & Gas Pipeline Sector. You will manage cultural field surveys, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee reporting for NEPA and FERC compliance across energy-related projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Anthropology or Archaeology (Masters preferred) with 5+ years of cultural resources data management experience and strong technical writing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cultural resources data management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage cultural field surveys for energy-related projects
• Coordinate cultural resource survey subcontractors and firms
• Oversee cultural resource reporting for NEPA and FERC compliance
• Review and track field work for completeness and constructability
• Meet project deadlines and work with minimal supervision
• Prepare clear reports, procedures, and correspondence
