Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses client fees according to a fee schedule.
• Initiates collection calls for outstanding fees and responds to client inquiries.
• Processes fee payments via debit, check, or credit card; handles fee waivers or refunds.
• Maintains invoices and fee communications records; supports balancing and reporting.
