Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction estimating experience in engineering or construction.
• Experience in aquatics, splash pads, or mechanical plumbing systems.
• Proficient in using Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Attend site pre-bid conferences and site visits.
• Create detailed estimates and submit bid proposals.
• Monitor all open bids.

Skills

Strong math and analytical skills

Highly proficient at reading blueprints

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to manage bids effectively

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
