Job summary

Dental Architects is seeking a high-energy outbound caller to contact patients who have unscheduled treatment. You’ll focus on getting them back in the chair, working a fast-paced schedule with 80–100+ calls per shift and clear targets.

No dentistry background is required; we’ll train you in the basics while you bring drive, resilience, and a competitive edge. We offer base pay plus a bonus for every appointment booked, paid training, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, collections, or SDR roles.
• Able to handle objections and maintain energy at 20+ calls per hour.
• Quiet workspace with reliable internet and headset.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–100+ outbound calls per shift to patients with pending treatment
• Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
• Schedule appointments and hit daily/weekly booking targets
• Track your activity and results — you'll know your numbers and own them
• Follow proven call frameworks while bringing your own personality to every conversation
