Professional Travel Hub is hiring a friendly Appointment Setter for a fully remote role. You will reach out to prospective clients, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and introduce our travel planning services.

In this remote position, you’ll work with our hotel booking team, manage outreach via phone, email, and social channels, and maintain accurate records. A proactive, customer-focused approach and CRM familiarity are essential.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Comfortable speaking with clients via phone or video.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and experience with calendars or CRM.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• Must be 18 or older with reliable internet and a personal computer.
• Interest in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our hotel booking services
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for travel advisors and hotel specialists
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and appointment status
