Floowi, Inc. connects LATAM professionals with U.S. companies through remote talent solutions. We seek an Inside Appointment Setter to outreach to golf course superintendents, spark interest, handle objections, and book discovery calls for the Growth team.

The role requires confidence on the phone, comfort with high-volume outreach, and maintaining a precise appointment calendar. Central Time alignment is preferred for U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with cold calling and appointment setting.
• Comfort with high call volumes and handling rejection.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport building.
• Ability to handle objections and engage B2B audiences.
• Structured scripts, talking points, and playbooks usage.
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce) to log activity and follow-up.
• Excellent organization and calendar management.
• Willingness to receive feedback in real time.
• Availability during U.S. business hours, preferably Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Call golf course superintendents from provided lists using scripts.
• Generate interest for a 20-minute discovery call.
• Handle objections with a respectful, relationship-focused approach.
• Book discovery calls directly on the VP’s calendar.
• Manage follow-up, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
• Log calls, outcomes, and notes in Salesforce.
• Meet daily and weekly call-volume and conversation targets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to improve scripts and performance.
