Employment Type: Full time (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $25/hr + $20 per attended appointment

We're not a traditional recruiter or staffing agency. We're a hiring partner by contractors for contractors with one of our founders being a 4th generation stone mason. We've built a completely new way to hire in the construction industry, and it's changing the game. Responsibilities:

  1. Jump on the phone with potential clients to introduce our game-changing hiring solution and spark their interest.
  2. Set up appointments that help our sales team close deals and drive our mission forward.
  3. Keep our Hubspot CRM system updated with every call, lead, and conversation—you are the bridge between prospects and success!
  4. Follow up with leads to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  5. Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to align schedules and fine-tune appointment-setting strategies.
  6. Confirm same-day appointments for the account executives.
  7. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and spotting new opportunities to help us grow.
  8. Share your ideas and insights with the team to make our lead generation and appointment-setting even better.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in Hubspot software and Google Office suite.
  6. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Bonus Opportunity: Maximize your earning potential with our optional weekend incentive program! If you're open to booking meetings on Saturdays and Sundays, you'll receive increased payment per appointment booked that shows, allowing you to boost your overall earning potential while helping us capitalize on the high volume of weekend leads. Please note, this is not a requirement as it's a M-F role!
