Bathrooms of Charleston is seeking an energetic Appointment Coordinator to join our team in a fully remote role. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in bathroom renovations, guiding them toward the next step in their remodeling journey and supporting the sales team with scheduling.

As the department grows, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a team of call center representatives, advancing into a leadership position within our fast-growing remodeling

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• 4–7 years of experience in related roles.
• Candidates should be honest, hungry, humble and coachable.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and building rapport.
• Strong empathetic listening and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with warm leads interested in bathroom renovations.
• Qualify prospects by understanding needs, goals, and timelines.
• Schedule design consultations and appointments for sales team.
• Manage lead activity in CRM with accurate notes and updates.
• Provide professional, courteous communication with clients.
• Support the office team with light administrative tasks as needed.
