Higharc is a fully remote startup using spatial AI and generative floor plan technology. We are looking for a Senior ML/Software Engineer who ships models to production and cares about user experience. You will design the component layer around our layout synthesis engine, automate retraining, and collaborate with MLOps for deployment.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration with an US-based team, strong engineering practices, and mentorship for researchers and interns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with production ML in real products.
• At least 2 years of training and shipping ML models.
• Fluency in Python and PyTorch, including debugging and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship the component layer around our layout synthesis engine.
• Automate model retraining with benchmarks and clear results for reproducibility.
• Partner with infrastructure engineers on MLOps and deployment, mentoring researchers and interns.
