M3 Insurance is seeking a talented Analytics Full‑Stack Developer to join our Applied Intelligence team. You will design, develop, and deploy data solutions and dashboards that empower employees, clients, and partners.

The role emphasizes building scalable web apps and APIs, applying analytics, AI, and machine learning to drive business outcomes. You will collaborate across teams, work with diverse datasets, and push data analytics capabilities in an insurance context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in full‑stack development or similar.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python and SQL; frameworks React, Angular, Vue.js.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web‑based data applications and interactive dashboards using JavaScript, Python, HTML, and SQL.
• Implement AI and machine learning models to drive process improvements and uncover insights.
• Create and maintain APIs to streamline data integration and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to design tailored data solutions.
• Identify and implement automation (e.g., RPA) to enhance efficiency.
• Stay at the cutting edge of data analytics technology and improve development processes.
• Contribute to the organization’s data strategy and align data products with long‑term goals.
