M3 Insurance is seeking a talented Analytics Full‑Stack Developer to join our Applied Intelligence team. You will design, develop, and deploy data solutions and dashboards that empower employees, clients, and partners.

The role emphasizes building scalable web apps and APIs, applying analytics, AI, and machine learning to drive business outcomes. You will collaborate across teams, work with diverse datasets, and push data analytics capabilities in an insurance context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in full‑stack development or similar.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python and SQL; frameworks React, Angular, Vue.js.

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive web‑based data applications and interactive dashboards using JavaScript, Python, HTML, and SQL.
Implement AI and machine learning models to drive process improvements and uncover insights.
Create and maintain APIs to streamline data integration and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in full‑stack development or a similar role.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and SQL, with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong background in data manipulation and analysis using Python libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib).
Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud‑based data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control systems (Git).
Experience with API development and consumption.
Knowledge of Generative AI development is a plus.
AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
