Qualifications

• 3+ years in applied AI, machine learning, data science, or related field.
• Experience developing and deploying production AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in ML, statistics, predictive modeling, experimentation, analytics.
• Experience building solutions with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, modern AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML toolsets (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow).
• Experience with cloud platforms and production software environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify use cases, define objectives, measure impact.
• Build solutions leveraging ML, generative AI, RAG, NLP, analytics, and agentic workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to ensure quality, accuracy, reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to operationalize AI solutions using MLOps and LLMOps best practices.
• Contribute reusable code, tools, models, and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team.
