Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a scientific discipline, OR 2+ years of professional software experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Proven track record of shipping real products in production.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools and agentic systems used by case management and litigation teams.
• Communicate with team leads and end users to understand workflows and translate into systems.
• Own full lifecycle: design, build, deploy, monitor, iterate from prototype to production.
• Architect production systems for agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and retrieval.
• Maintain evaluation and observability for AI quality, safety, latency, and cost.
• Write and maintain clear documentation and own CI/CD and modern testing practices.
