Future is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy production AI agents for Health Coach. You will implement tool-calling LLMs, structured outputs, streaming, and parallel API orchestration to deliver reliable AI services.

The role requires strong backend and ML infrastructure experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS/Bedrock, and Langfuse, operating in a beta-stage startup with US remote work options.

Qualifications

• 4–10 yrs; shipped LLM agents to production.
• Strong big-tech background, ideally moved to startups or founded a company.
• Python/async, LangChain/LangGraph, Pydantic, Langfuse, AWS/Bedrock.
• Independent in a beta-stage environment; US citizen/GC.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production AI agents for Health Coach.
• Develop AI features: coach matching, guidance, human in the loop.
• Own the loop: prototype, evals, deploy, monitor, iterate.
• Improve reliability, latency, cost via caching, budgets, retries.
• Write agent tools with Pydantic validations in an EPD pod.
