Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Remote Application Systems Analyst to support and optimize critical business applications, data processes, and technology infrastructure.

You will resolve issues, manage access, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes while ensuring data confidentiality and system integrity. Responsibilities include monitoring applications, documenting changes, onboarding clients, and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in application support, systems analysis, IT or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with the FACS platform and related components is preferred.
• Knowledge of data protection and application security principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal users and clients and resolve issues.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
• Monitor and maintain business applications and data workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement fixes.
• Document processes, procedures, and system changes.
• Coordinate client data file processing and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Support application development, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Monitor access points and report security/compliance risks.
• Assist with client onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide customer service.
• Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Provide training to new team members as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
• Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support application development initiatives.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• ~3-5 years of experience preferred in application support, systems analysis, information technology, or a related field.
• ~ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
• ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• ~ Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
• ~ Working knowledge of application security principles and data protection best practices.
• ~ Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
• ~ Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations is preferred.
• ~ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ~ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ~ Demonstrated customer-service mindset and ability to build productive working relationships.
• ~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: AZ, FL, GA, MO, MS, NC, NE, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
