Job summary

Applied Machine Vision Technologies (AMVT LLC) is seeking an Application Engineer to configure, test, and deploy AI optical sorting, robotic packaging, and automated palletizing systems for customers. This full-time, remote position is based in El Paso, TX, supporting projects across the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, and deploy AI optical sorting, robotic packaging, and automated palletizing systems.
Conduct application trials and support system integration from design through commissioning.
Perform on-site installation, calibration, and verification of equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support.
Create technical documentation and train customer personnel on system operation and maintenance.
