Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Consultant to provide leadership for delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role requires over 5 years of Appian solutions experience and expertise in Agile methodologies. Responsibilities will include leading implementation teams, supporting design and development across projects, and ensuring solutions are scalable and efficient.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Active Lead Certification.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex Appian solutions.

• Support design and development across multiple client projects.
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance.
