Job summary

Maximus seeks a Technical Lead/Senior Appian Developer to drive design, development, and implementation of complex case management and workflow automation in a federal environment. You will lead initiatives, implement AI-driven capabilities, and ensure compliance with strict security standards.

This remote role requires a Public Trust clearance; U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract obligations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
7+ years of hands-on Appian development (design, configuration, implementation).
3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer capacity.
Experience delivering mission-critical apps in federal or regulated environments.
Experience integrating AI into business processes and Appian AI familiarity.
Proficiency in SQL/Relational Databases.
Hands-on AWS cloud experience.
Strong Agile software development experience.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities
