Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Technical Lead/Senior Appian Developer to drive design, development, and implementation of complex case management and workflow automation in a federal environment.

You will lead development initiatives, implement AI-driven capabilities, and ensure compliance with strict security standards. This remote role requires a Public Trust security clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer capacity.
• Experience delivering mission-critical applications in federal or highly regulated environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with AI/Automation in business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL/Relational Databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong Agile software development experience.
• Pass a government background investigation.
