Technology Solutions Provider, Inc. is seeking an Appian Junior Developer to join its remote US team. The role focuses on Appian development, plugin remediation, and modernization within enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with Agile delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions and support platform upgrades. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of software development experience and 2+ years specifically in Appian.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Appian development experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with custom Appian plugins, Java-based development, or integrations.
• Strong SDLC and secure coding understanding.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with Git/GitLab or similar.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications supporting complex workflows.
• Remediate, convert, and modernize custom Appian plugins for platform upgrades.
• Troubleshoot plugin, integration, and Appian issues; collaborate with architects and senior developers.
• Support API, web service, and database integration; write and optimize SQL queries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical docs; ensure security and standards.
