Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides representation on direct appeals in criminal, juvenile, involuntary mental health commitments, guardianships, and related matters before the Montana Supreme Court.
• Researches and analyzes appellate records and drafts complex briefs, motions, petitions, and related documents.
• Conducts oral arguments when ordered by the Montana Supreme Court.
• Collaborates with other attorneys and postconviction counsel as appropriate.

Education
