Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Apparel Designer to drive the end-to-end design process for sleep and lounge products. You will sketch, select fabrics, and guide garments from concept to final sample, collaborating across teams to align with brand voice.

You will research trends, present to leadership, and contribute to a cohesive seasonal strategy while embracing a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in apparel design.
• Strong understanding of both design and production processes.
• Experience focused on sleep and lounge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the daily design process: trend research, mood boards, sketching in Illustrator, fabric and trim selection, fittings.
• Manage multiple seasons and product lifecycles for sleep and lounge lines.
• Research global market to align with trends and brand voice.
• Present lines to senior leadership with clear insights on style and fit.
