Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced API Engineer to lead API design, development, and maintenance, focusing on member data APIs within a multi-cloud environment. The position emphasizes ownership of technology solutions, proactive monitoring, and an Agile delivery approach, with on-call responsibilities and collaboration across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in application development or package software implementation with strong API development in Java.
• Strong API development background in Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of APIs to meet resiliency, stability, and operational readiness.
• Drive migration of APIs from on-premise to GCP.
• Develop and maintain member data APIs; own monitoring and roadmap.
• Provide direction to team members within an Agile framework.
• Participate in rotating on-call and monthly releases.
• Integrate various claims systems in post-merger environment.
