Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking an APD Analyst to support modernization of the Illinois MES. The role focuses on analytical, coordination, and advisory services across procurement, IGCEs, market research, and APD deliverables. Remote work is available with travel up to 25% to Springfield, IL.

Responsibilities include developing APDs, tracking funding requests, and coordinating with CMS and state agencies to ensure compliant submissions and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of analytic method development for MMIS APD or similar.
• 3+ years as business analyst for State Health Programs.
• 3+ years elicitation and verification of requirements.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work independently or in teams with professionalism.
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APD information gathering and development lifecycle.
• Track APD activities, funding requests, and contract amendments.
• Collaborate with client teams and CMS on APD requirements.
• Develop procurement strategies and evaluate acquisition approaches.
• Prepare IGCEs and conduct cost analysis and benchmarking.
• Conduct market research to compare services and costs.
• Present analytical findings to support decision making.
• Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables and processes.
