Job summary

Lightning AI is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our APAC InfraOps function. You’ll scale and operate a next‑generation AI infrastructure platform, handling reliability, automation, and observability for GPU environments.

This remote role is open to candidates in Singapore, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on‑call rotation. You’ll work with Linux, cloud services, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and automation tooling to improve operational efficiency and

Qualifications

8+ years working with Linux as a server/hosting platform.
5+ years experience with AWS.
2+ years experience with Kubernetes and strong container fundamentals.
2+ years experience with Terraform and Ansible.
2+ years with NAS management (NFS, Ceph) and storage systems.
Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, ELK).
Familiarity with the GitOps workflow.
Automation coding in Python/Go/bash for connecting systems & APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and roll out new platforms and patterns to minimize incidents.
Deploy updates and improvements for internal and end customer use cases.
Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Network Operations, CS and Platform teams.
Participate in on-call rotation in a primary/secondary pattern.
