Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company (F&G) is seeking an Internal Wholesaler, Annuity Distribution to provide best-in-class phone and web-based support for agents and IMOs. You will assist with case design, product questions, illustration software training, and promotional campaigns to drive annuity sales.

Reporting to the Manager, Internal Sales, you will coordinate with teammates and the Annuity Distribution team, manage high-volume inquiries, and identify new sales opportunities while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience serving customers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Life and annuity license is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound phone and email inquiries supporting agents and marketers.
• Initiate proactive sales initiatives aligned with Annuity Sales objectives.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Fidelity & Guaranty products and procedures.
• Identify new sales opportunities and relay to Senior Internal Wholesalers and Regional Directors.
• Provide cross-organizational support including contracting and commissions inquiries.
• Train agents on illustration software and agent website use; troubleshoot system issues.
• Stay current on annuity market and competitive landscape.
