Job summary

AI2CYBER is seeking a world-class Android Reverse Engineer based in Greece. You’ll dive into APK guts, weaponize Frida and Ghidra, and turn mobile threats into hardened, secure apps.

You’ll analyze Java/Kotlin and native C/C++ code, design anti-tamper layers, and guide dev teams toward secure-by-default code. Remote-first culture with competitive compensation, training budget, and opportunities to build cutting-edge security tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep Android RE, mobile app security research.
• Mastery of Android internals – ART/Dalvik, Zygote, Binder.
• Fluency with Frida, Ghidra, APKTool, Dex2Jar, Magisk modules, Xposed.
• Strong Java/Kotlin and native C/C++ coding skills (ARM assembly a plus).
• Familiarity with obfuscation frameworks (DexGuard, ProGuard) and defeating them.
• Solid threat modeling, exploit chains, and mobile malware concepts.
• Understanding of OWASP Mobile Top 10.

Responsibilities

• Tear apart APKs and native libs to uncover flaws and covert payloads.
• Use Frida, Ghidra, IDA Pro, JADX to expose hidden internals and weaknesses.
• Break obfuscation and analyze malware behaviors across Java/Kotlin and native code.
• Design anti-tamper and anti-reversing layers to slow down incidents.
• Guide dev teams toward secure-by-default code and best practices.
• Monitor threat actors and report actionable findings in clear reports.
