Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher with 4+ years analytics experience in relationship management or 9+ years analytics experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience solving complex problems and proposing new perspectives
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies and related tools
• Experience creating and presenting information to influence decisions
• Experience leading functional teams and projects
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Create reports, insights and analytics to support the division
• Develop specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams to address division issues
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
• Interface between business and data teams to build actionable tools
• Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources
• Identify trends and patterns to inform decision-makers
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand division data deeply
