Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analysis.
• Strong Python, SQL, Git/GitLab, and ETL/ELT pipeline building with CI/CD.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and executive-ready dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated, scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-based tools.
• Develop analytics-ready data models and workflows (Databricks) to support reporting and analytics.
• Implement CI/CD practices for data workflows using GitLab.
• Design and deploy dashboards/reports with Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders.
• Perform data mining, cleaning, and modeling with SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Document metadata and data dictionaries; produce leadership reports.
• Provide guidance on analytics best practices and workflow automation.
