Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methods, tools, and measures.
• Experience with health care quality and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement efforts and coach teams on redesign and measurement.
• Plan and manage moderately complex projects with on-time delivery.
• Apply quality frameworks and statistical methods to clinical data.
• Develop tools for data collection and reporting to improve quality.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and promote cross-department collaboration.
• Support education and training initiatives for staff and clinicians.
