HireLatam LLC is seeking a hands-on Amazon Advertising Manager to own a $50k+/month ad spend across two Seller Central accounts. This full-time, remote role requires managing campaigns end-to-end with a data-driven approach from a Latin American home office.

The ideal candidate will excel at bulk sheet management, optimize ACOS/TACOS across 500+ SKUs, and coordinate with creative, listing, and inventory teams to align ads with stock and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads.
• Experience managing $50k+/month in Amazon ad spend.
• Hands-on experience managing large catalogs (250+ SKUs; 500+ preferred).
• Proficient with Seller Central, Amazon Ads Console, Bulk Operations.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (50k+ row exports).
• Deep understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Remote home-office setup with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-funnel campaigns across two Seller Central accounts.
• Defend/improve ACOS/TACOS; cut unprofitable spend while scaling top campaigns.
• Execute bulk changes via Amazon bulk sheets across 500+ SKUs.
• Refine search terms and placement targeting; adjust match types.
• Drive NTB growth using Brand Store placements and lifetime value data.
• Build weekly/monthly reports tying spend to settlement revenue.
• Coordinate with creative, listing, and inventory teams.
